Day 14
Video Analysis Lesson – It was well over due. As I feel I have started to go nowhere and am treading water.
I had Matty Gray, a PGA Professional help me through this lesson, which was great to get some other outside information from a PGA qualified pro. I have attached the videos of my swing from the lesson, so have a look and enjoy.
Things that I will work on for the next few weeks:
- Square my shoulders at address, I am very open, this is the number one reason why my shoulder feels like I’m a rugby player that has been doing scrum practise every day of the week.
- Spine tilt, my spine angle at address is slightly the wrong way and I need to get behind the ball.
- Slow my backswing down and stop trying to smash the ball this will allow me to turn my shoulders and improve my timing
